Let the flames begin!

Level 1: This is our entry level pole classes that covers all of the basic techniques on the pole. Polers will learn basic spins, floorwork, transitions, and sitting positions on the pole. Tricks within this level include but not limited to fireman, ballerina, martini, and fan kicks.

Level 2: Polers will expand upon their basic spins, longer transitions, and floorwork from level 1. Polers will learn sit variations, how to transition between poses, smooth out transitions to and from the floor and around the pole. Tricks within this level include but are not limited to chair spin, showgirl, intro to body wrap, headstand and extended fireman.

* It is preferred that polers wear shorts and a tank for beginner levels.

Intermediate

This level flips polers worlds upside down, literally.

Level 3: Polers can expect to work on inversions and to be working on skin and strength conditioning. In addition, polers will learn various ways to climb and use their body weight in harder spins. Tricks within this level include but are not limited to diamond spin, peter pan, invert, climb, star gazer and headstands.

Level 4: Polers will learn different aerial inversions, more advanced transitions on and off the pole, and different repel moves. Polers will be able to master inverted poses with two points of contact and will be building longer aerial combinations. Tricks in this level include but are not limited to the cradle spin, butterfly, helicopter, gemini, angel and layback.

Level 5: This level puts a new spin on “feel the burn”. Polers will try to stay aerial throughout combinations and tricks. In this wondrous world of 5, Polers should be able to have less points of contact with the pole as level 4. Tricks in this level include but are not limited to wonder woman, teddy bear, superman, extended butterfly, ayesha, shoulder mounts and inverted hip holds.

Advanced

Pole journey is on fire!

Level 6: Polers at this level work on having flawless aerial inverts, aerial Shoulder Mounts, and grip variations. Polers will condition and learn inversions and “deadlifts” as they transition into elite tricks. Tricks in this level include but are not limited to jade split, brass monkey, ayesha, handspring, cupid, titanic, foji and much more!

Level 7: Polers at this elite level can do all the pole things! Flexibility conditioning as well as skin conditioning and strength training are elevated. Tricks in this level include but are not limited to starfish, bird of paradise, twisted sister, toothbrush, and plank.

  • Chair Dance

    Breaking a sweat never looked so hot! We suggest wearing leggings to the class and feel free to unleash your beautiful hair! Heels are optional but very much welcomed!

  • Twerkout

    Wanna become a glute goddess? Our Twerkout, Hip Hot and Bootylicious classes concentrate on not only building your bum but learning how to move it also!

    Booty bands will be available but we suggest packing your knee pads!

  • Aerobic Drip

    Aerobic drip is jazzercise set on fire! This full body workout is fueled by Madonna, Billy Idol, Duran Duran and many more! For this class we suggest your best 80’s outfits and tennis shoes.

  • Flexibility

    Time for some mobile muscles! Our Flexi and Stretch-tastic classes focus on flexibility and mobility. The studio provides mats and yoga blocks but students are welcome to bring their own!

  • Heels Dance

    Our Dancing Siren & Hell on Heels classes are for the pump princesses! No dance experience is required (or heels for that matter but strongly encouraged!). We suggest packing some knee pads and bringing that sass (*hair flip inserted here)
