Luis Heras is an international dancer, instructor and choreographer from El Paso, Texas. In this 90 minute class, he will teach you how to click, clack and conquer dancing in heels. Luis has years of instruction experience with people of all ages and levels of dance. The workshop is $20 and can be purchased online in the ‘book a class’ tab.

New to bodybuilding posing? A pro? Drop by this free event hosted at Firehouse Fitness to get some practice in! There will be hair flips, heels and help from Mandy with wellness, Holly with Bikini and Rosario with figure.

Every bunny is welcome! We will be hosting a photoshoot event March 23rd with the beautiful @nicolevardophotos. Bunnies can wear whatever they feel comfortable in. The studio will provide the traditional cuffs, tail, ears and bowtie. No pole experience needed!
